Tables Are Not Loading

Mostly this issue may happen after an update, in case you are experiencing an issue where the tables are not properly loading, you may want to re-check the steps mentioned below.

  1. If you are using Cloudflare, please purge your Cloudflare cache
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. If you are using files, try to revert to the core 24CRM files, we often perform changes in the tables files, if major changes occurred, then your tables won’t load. It’s your responsibility to maintain this, my_ prefixed files are not our responsibility.
  4. If you are using php lower than 5.6, you should consider upgrading your php version, 24CRM minimum required php version is 5.5.
  5. Deactivate any third-party modules to see if the issue will be resolved
